Another day, another playlist. There are a few songs that I have been listening to a lot lately. Some old, some new!
Heikousen by Sayuri
I recently watched the Jdrama adaptation of the manga Kuzu no Honkai, also known as Scum’s Wish. I am obsessed with the song that plays during ending credits! Above is the ending credits for the anime adaptation. Interestingly, the Jdrama decided to also use it as their ending song.
Cactus by A.C.E
A.C.E. debuted with his song three months ago and I am still not over it! They also recently released a 2x faster choreography video for this song. If you enjoyed this song, I recommend checking that video out. I am looking forward to more releases from this group.
Let’s Dance by David Bowie
I have been a fan of Bowie’s music for a long time and this is one song that I really enjoy. Which makes me happy that it plays on the speakers at my job every day!
So these are a few of the songs that I have been listening to a lot lately. What are your recent faves?

Two days ago Negicco’s newest music video was revealed and I absolutely love it!
What I love most about this song is it’s sweet and charming sound. Both the song and the video have this vintage look and feel to them. Had I not already known who this group was, I would have assumed it was a song from several decades ago! I definitely like how this stands out from a lot of the current electronic sounds most Jpop singles have nowadays. A refreshing change of pace. 🙂
For more information about this group, please take a look at this MTV 81 interview.
Who is Negicco and where have they been all of my life? I just discovered them today and all I currently know is based on a few lines from wiki. Negicco means “The Leek Girls”. Their current line-up is Nao☆ (age 26), Megu (age 25), and Kaede (age 22). What’s that? Jpop idols that are […]
